Meeting notes into action items
Never lose track of who's doing what.
Here are my meeting notes: <notes> [paste notes] </notes> List decisions made, then action items as a table (task, owner, due date), then open questions. End with a 3-sentence recap for someone who missed it.
Answer customer questions
Build a quick FAQ from questions you already get.

Follow up with a lead
A short, polite nudge that gets a reply.

Write a how-to guide (SOP)
Turn a task in your head into steps anyone can follow.
Turn my description into a step-by-step guide. Task: [name of task] Who does it: [role] How I do it now: [describe in your own words] Format: a one-line purpose, numbered steps, a "common mistakes" section, and a line for owner and last-updated date.
Get a spreadsheet formula
Describe what you want in plain words.
I use [Excel / Google Sheets]. Column [A] has [dates], column [B] has [names], column [C] has [amounts]. I want to [what to calculate]. Write the formula, explain each part simply, and tell me how to test it.
Improve any AI answer
Your first answer is a draft. Make it better.
Review your last answer against this goal: [goal]. List the 3 biggest ways it falls short, then rewrite it to fix them. Keep everything that already works.
Plan your first AI employee
Pick the task AI should take off your plate first.
I want to hand one repeated task to AI. Interview me: ask one question at a time, up to 7 questions, about my weekly work. Then recommend the 3 best tasks to start with, ranked by time saved and how easy they are to set up.
